As the facilities manager at a government body, she successfully aided in setting sustainability initiatives and policies whilst ensuring strict compliance standards were met. Her dedication resulted in reducing the organisations carbon footprint with a track record of unwavering compliance.

Christopher Jones
Christopher Jones MRICS MCIOB has earned over 25 years experience within the construction, property and surveying sectors working with both private and public consumers. Chris has a keen appreciation of client drivers and stakeholder needs enabling him to provide an exceptionally reactive and proactive service. As the managing director of a successful chartered surveyors practice, Chris brings invaluable knowledge, support and resources to the Borcom business.
Lucy King
Lucy has worked ‘in-house’ in the property team for a number of retailers and businesses over a 12 year period, including a FTSE 250 retailer. Whilst in these positions as well as holding responsibility for the asset management of the estate, she had a handle on property compliance across the portfolios. Lucy is an experienced qualified chartered surveyor who also runs her own commercial property consultancy.
Whilst working in-house one of the frustrations Lucy faced on a regular basis was not being able to find all of the information in one place at any one time, meaning delays in obtaining the information, not knowing if things were up to date and in some instances delaying a disposal of a property because the information could not be found. Hence the inception of Borcom and the desire to bring it all under one roof, taking away the hassle and agro of knowing if you are compliant and ultimately allowing the customer to get on and run their own business!
