TM44
It’s mandatory to comply to TM44 inspections to ensure that air conditioning systems are operating efficiently and not wasting energy, which contributes to the UK's efforts to reduce carbon emissions and combat climate change Inspections should occur at least every five years.
A heating and cooling system should be inspected at least once a year to ensure it's performing at its best.
